Colorado Workers' Compensation Attorneys

In Colorado, employers are required to purchase and maintain workers' compensation insurance that will provide protection in the event of a work related injury or death. • Payment of permanent and total disability benefits in those cases where the injury prevents you from earning any wages in any employment
• Death benefits payable to the dependents of worker who is killed in the scope of employment

Workers' compensation claims are administered by the Colorado Division of Workers Compensation. If there is a dispute regarding entitlement to certain benefits or whether or not the claim is compensable, a hearing may be requested before the Office of Administrative Courts.
